Oprah Wondering if Bicyclists Are Endangering Safety of Motorists!

Check this out I can't believe it. Oprah asking for examples of motorists put in danger by cyclists. She's asking for input!!!!
I gave her some, hope you can spread the word. Found out about it in the Velo News forum. Even racers can't believe this!

Should there be a law making it illegal for bike riders to ride on city streets? Do you think bike riders are hazardous to drivers and pedestrians on city streets?
Have you or someone you know ever been involved in an accident because of a careless bike rider on a city street?

[NOTE: This would be hilarious if it wasn't so sad. If you have some time, let Oprah know your side of the story here, as city cyclists. I know this show is only running this ridiculous topic to get some reactions from people. Is purely a ratings game. I never watch the show myself and couldn't care less what she thinks, so I flamed her pretty badly. Guess I'm not setting a good example, because flaming's not the way to get yourself heard. But on the other hand, the Oprah show just wants ratings, not intelligent dialogue. So go ahead and vent if you want. I felt OK afterward. It let off some steam.
